The Medio Fondo is a 68 mile ride that starts and finishes at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz, NY. The ride will begin at 8am on Sunday September 23.
The Medio is for riders who want the challenge of the two climbs and a longer ride. Suitable for beginner to advanced riders. The total elevation gain is 4977 ft with 2 timed King of the Mountain stages.
